Our Simple Step-by-step Process

We will arrange an appointment convenient for you.
On arrival, an otoscopy assessment will be carried out using the advanced Tympa system and detailed images obtained of the inside of your ear which you will be able to view. This will establish whether your hearing loss could be caused by excess wax.
If you do not require any further treatment then there are no further charges.

If it is decided that ear wax removal treatment is appropriate, our trained clinician will use the Tympa system to perform microsuction where the suction device will be placed into your ear and the wax removed in a safe manner.
Microsuction - additional £20 for each ear.

If earwax is not the cause of your problems and a second opinion is required your Ear Practioner is able to access further remote guidance. Images and videos can be sent to ENT and Audiology Specialists or even your own GP for further analysis.
Pricing
At Tyne & Wear Ear Care Solutions, we have a straightforward pricing structure that ensures transparency and fairness for our valued clients. For an initial assessment and callout,
we charge a nominal fee of £20.
In case microsuction is necessary after the assessment, the cost is £20 for a single ear and £40 for both ears. Rest assured, our services are designed to provide effective and affordable solutions for your ear care needs.
